Just began a new after school reading tutor group at PS 10 in Brooklyn. Every Wednesday and Friday from 2:45 -4PM three struggling 4th graders will meet with myself and the PS 10 speech & language pathologist. We are doing this for no pay. Why? Because we think our intervention will help them be better students and we want to see that happen. We are going to look for improvement in writing, oral expression, spelling, reading and vocabulary. We hope that their comprehension will improve as a result of gains in these other areas. I will keep you posted on our success...hopefully. PS10 Brooklyn After School Reading Tutor Group
